Special reservation conditions for travellers on the Estrada Nacional 2 Route

• 10% discount for reservations between Sunday and Thursday. The reservation can be for 1 night only, unless it is for the periods mentioned in the table below, where there are minimum stays of 2 or 3 nights (the 10% discount will also be applied to these reservations, but only for the nights between Sunday and Thursday).
• Preparation of the breakfast box when requested and flexibility in the breakfast schedule, if requested with 24 hours in advance.

• Accommodation with breakfast included.
• Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

Reservation Guarantee
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested as a guarantee, at the time of confirmation.
This payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card, through a secure link.
The remaining payment will be made on arrival.

Cancellation, No-Show and Early Departure Policy
Stays between the 1^st of October and the 31^st of May (except Easter and New Year):
• The cancellations done up to 5 days before the date of arrival will be free of charge and the deposit will be refunded.
• The cancellations done 3 or 4 days before the date of arrival - Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to charge 50% of the total stay.
• The cancellations done 48 hours or less before the date of arrival – Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to charge 100% of the total stay.

Stays between the 1^st of June and the 1^st of September, Easter and New Year:
• The cancellations done up to 14 days before the date of arrival will be free of charge and the deposit will be refunded.
• The cancellations done 13 days or less before the date of arrival - Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to charge 50% of the total stay.
• The cancellations done 48 hours or less before the date of arrival – Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to charge 100% of the total stay.
• When there is no cancellation notice, Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay.

• No-Show - Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to charge the total amount of the stay.
• Early Departure - Montargil Monte Novo reserves the right to charge 75% of the total amount for the nights not taken.

Non-refundable rate

Reservation Guarantee
The full payment of the reservation will be requested to guarantee it at the time of the confirmation.
This payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card, through a secure link, up to 24 hours after the confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation, No-Show and Early Departure Policy
In case of cancellation, no-show on the check-in date or early departure, the payment made is non-refundable.
It is not possible to change the reservation dates.
