Specially designed for those visiting Montargil due to the richness of the Alentejo cuisine, this program includes a special dinner inspired by the Alentejo's moonlight nights. Served in Casa Redonda restaurant with a wonderful view from the panoramic room and with the signature of chef Miguel Varela, you will be able to enjoy appetizers and typical dishes of the region reinterpreted here while creating memories in an environment of unique tranquillity.

The programme includes:
• Breakfast;
• Dinner in the restaurant.

The menu includes:
• Starter - Traditional ham and cheese board, olives, flavoured butters;
• Fish dish - Traditional Alentejo-style Codfish Bread Soup;
• Meat dish - Guinea Fowl Breast and potato brandade with forest mushrooms;
• Dessert – “Sericaia” (typical sweet from the Portuguese region of Alentejo) with orange jam.

Special dinner menu available at Casa Redonda Restaurant on the following dates:
New Moon: 6^th June, 5^th July, 4^th August, 2^nd September, 2^nd October
Full Moon: 21^st June, 21^st July, 19^th August, 17 September, 17^th October

Conditions:
• Prices from 152€ in double occupancy, non-refundable rate;
• The program is not cumulative with other ongoing offers or campaigns;
• In case you already booked your stay at Montargil Monte Novo and wish to add the special dinner, the extra cost per adult is 34,00€ (drinks not included);
• The drinks are not included;
• Children up to 11 pay 50% of the adult price;
• In case of food allergies or intolerances, these must be communicated during the reservation;
• The programme has reference prices subject to change without prior notice;
• There will be no refund or compensation for unused services or products;
• The reservations must be made 48 hours in advance;
• Extras available for flexible and non-refundable fees by applying the reservation and cancellation conditions in the terms and conditions.
