If you are curious about getting to know the region, we recommend a short drive — 19 minutes — to Fluviário de Mora, which is located in the Gameiro Ecological Park. Here you will be able to discover all about the biodiversity of freshwater ecosystems. Once in Mora, we also suggest you visit the area, which includes interesting landmarks such as the Anta de Pavia or the Cromeleque do Monte das Fontainhas.

Now back at Monte Novo it is possible (by advance booking) to take a motorboat across the calm waters of the lake, thus taking full advantage of all the lush natural surroundings.
