Unforgettable family moments at Montargil Monte Novo!

The large green spaces that surround your villa are ideal for the little ones to run, play and have fun in a safe environment. And don’t forget about having some fun in the private swimming pool of your accommodation! All of this while surrounded by fresh air and lush nature, which you can also take advantage of by turning it into the setting for a family picnic!

If you want to try something different, we recommend that you travel about 45 minutes to the beautiful village of Alter do Chão and visit the Coudelaria Nacional (National Stud Farm), where the famous Lusitano Horse is King. In addition to visiting the Museum, you can also learn more about the breeding of these beautiful Portuguese horses.

For a shorter trip — at just around a 25-minute drive from your accommodation — we suggest a visit to the city of Ponte de Sor, where the Municipal Aerodrome is located. The little ones will surely be entertained when they see the planes flying around or when venturing to learn a little more about them.

Now back at Monte Novo, you can cook up a tasty dinner, in complete privacy and tranquility, since each villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortably spacious dining area. You can also choose to dine al fresco (weather permitting), enjoying a pleasantly warm Alentejo evening!
